guests in purchasing cruises remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Contact warm leads and assist in closing sales for cruises
Serve as a product expert for river, ocean, and expedition
cruises
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on offerings
Required Qualifications
3+ years of high-volume outbound telephone sales experience
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs
Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-end
clients
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proficiency with basic computer applications and equipment
