Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on federal securities laws and ensure
compliance with SEC regulations
Draft and review SEC filings and corporate governance documents
Lead corporate finance transactions and support Board of Directors'
meetings
Required Qualifications
J.D. degree with state bar membership (CA or NY preferred)
5+ years of legal experience in corporate and securities law
Strong knowledge of securities laws and corporate governance
Experience with corporate finance transactions
Self-starter with strong project management skills
