A company is looking for a Director of Customer Experience
Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic vision for Customer Experience
Operations to enhance customer retention and satisfaction
Design and implement scalable processes to optimize customer
onboarding, training, and support
Analyze customer data to identify trends and develop metrics for
measuring customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA
preferred
7+ years of experience in customer success or operations within a
SaaS environment, including 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of implementing customer success operations
strategies
Experience with CRM systems and customer success platforms
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
