Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief of Staff for the Head of
Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Review progress on key quarterly engineering deliverables and
manage risks
Act as the first point of escalation for internal engineering
emergencies
Design and implement initiatives to track and improve engineering
productivity
Required Qualifications
5+ years of senior engineering operations experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make
recommendations
Proven relationship-building experience with diverse teams and
stakeholders
Strategic mindset with an understanding of complex business
challenges
Basic understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and blockchain technology
is preferable
