*Radiant Kids Therapy currently has an opening for a full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to add to our amazing SLP team* in San Diego County*.* We are looking for a high-caliber SLP who is great with kids and families, energetic, exudes care and kindness and strives to continually learn and grow as a therapist.

We see all of our young clients *in-home*. We receive numerous referrals every month throughout San Diego County. With Radiant Kids Therapy, you would be visiting clients in their homes in *one of the following areas, closest to where you live:*
* Central San Diego area
* Carmel Valley/Sorrento Valley/Mira Mesa and surrounding areas
* Poway/ Rancho Penasquitos and surrounding areas.
* Escondido/ San Marcos and surrounding areas.
* Oceanside/Vista and surrounding areas
* East County area
* South Bay area

We offer flexible hours, lower caseloads, minimal paperwork and incredibly rewarding work.

*We are currently looking for licensed therapists with the following qualifications:*
* CA License or CF/RPE SLP License
* Previous clinical experience with kids is preferred
* Available for at least 8 hours/week (if part-time), or 35-40 hours/week (if full-time)
* Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
* Time management and organizational skills
* Comfortable with technology; able to learn digital platforms (e.g., an EMR, Google Drive, etc.)
* Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
* Have good physical stamina and mental health
* Enjoy collaborating with families and colleagues, and also enjoy the autonomy an in-home early intervention position provides
* Enjoy working with young kids (most clients are 1-3; we also see up through age 18)
* Ability to communicate clearly and establish rapport with the family
* Want to work with a supportive, speech therapist-owned and managed company
* Want to feel the gratification of making a significant impact in the lives of clients and their grateful families!

*We are excited to announce: We are now able to accept Clinical Fellowship/Required Professional Experience (CF/RPE) SLPs*!

*Compensation*
Part-time hourly positions range from $61-$70 per visit/hour (and up to $75/hr. for experienced bilingual SLPs). Base salaries for full-time positions range from $80,000 - $92,000, depending on experience and qualifications. *Generous bonus structures *make it very feasible to achieve an *additional +$6,000-12,000+/year* on top of your salary. *Specialty stipends* are available for *bilingual* (Spanish/English) fluency, *doctorate*, and/or *Hanen Certification*. All positions are W-2 (employee) with excellent benefits.

CF/RPEs: $78,000-80,000 base salary for full-time or $55-60 per visit/hour hour for part-time.
